Career Objectives
Having been part of the design industry for 5 years now I am looking to become part of an inspirational company, contributing my creative touch, technical skills, and professionalism on all levels.

A Little Background
In 2007 I stepped out of a Design College with 4 years of study, 1 freelance job and a folio full of conceptual design work.

I landed a job pretty quickly churning out website designs for a template web company which lasted approx. 6 months before I decided I needed to be further challenged in my career which ended me up working in a particularly ideal job at a creative studio in Surry Hills as a Junior Designer.

12 Months later the Company closed its doors to pursue a more mobile approach. I saw this as a great opportunity to head off overseas to the big apple, USA. 5 months of travel showed me the likes of Pennsylvania, New York, Miami, Kansas, Wisconsin and a month long trip through Mexico.

Arriving back in Australia right at the beginning of the GFC (Global Financial crisis) proved tough although it meant a lot more freelance work.

In June 2009 I chose to forgo my freelance empire and pursue a more challenging and inspiring career in design. I began working for an independent children’s publishing company 3 days a week, and also for 2010 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Hayden Cox at Haydenshapes Surfboards.

2 years later I landed a job as the Designer for Virgin Australia's in-flight magazine Voyeur where I create editorial design layout for print along with art directing photoshoots.
