CAMPOS COFFEE

– Brand & Digital Development

Having studied just down the road from the original Campos Coffee flagship café, joining the team felt like a natural step. It was an incredible opportunity to help shape one of Australia’s most respected specialty coffee brands during a period of rapid growth.

I worked across every aspect of brand and creative development, from establishing the brand framework to delivering campaigns, packaging, merchandise, photography, social strategy and new product launches. One of the key challenges was helping the brand connect customers with its cafés nationwide.

We developed an early mobile and desktop Café Finder, an interactive tool that listed all Campos partner and flagship cafés within the user’s radius. Partnering with Frank Digital, we rebuilt the website’s design and UX/UI to create a more intuitive experience and strengthen e-commerce performance. The result was a seamless digital ecosystem that reinforced the brand’s presence, improved usability and delivered exponential growth in online sales.
