Campos Coffee new crockery
In my opinion, they have always been a leaders in the specialty coffee scene, which made it an exciting opportunity to lead the complete overhaul of their national crockery range. Partnering with Robert Gordon was a natural choice, their team brought the same level of craft and passion that defines the Campos brand.
The result was a range that balanced innovation, practicality and value. We reduced the company’s per cup-and-saucer cost by half, significantly elevated the visual appeal, and improved technical design to support better training and ratio consistency across all cafés.
Delivered substantial brand improvement through enhanced functionality, aesthetics, and versatility, while achieving a first-year cost saving of ~$200k. -

Four Pillars Gin - Bloody Shiraz Ltd. Ed
This project was born from a commercial challenge: how to differentiate our product offering when major retailers were discounting the same SKU we sold through our direct-to-consumer channel. The solution was to create a distinctive, vintage-specific edition that could only be purchased directly from Four Pillars.
I led the concept, artist collaboration, design and production of a typography-led enamelled bottle, working with artist Jess Cruickshank in the first year. The result was a premium, limited-edition expression that reinforced the value of the D2C channel, deepened brand connection and introduced a collectible element that has since become an anticipated annual release.

Archie Rose Distilling Co. - Single Cask Whisky
The Archie Rose Single Cask Whisky was designed to be the most elevated and unique product the distillery had ever released. The challenge was to create a packaging solution that reflected the rarity of the liquid while aligning with the brand’s sustainability goals and operational realities.
I led the packaging direction, developing a system that balanced craftsmanship with efficiency. The solution combined pre-printed, embellished labels with in-house overprinting, allowing each label to be customised within a week and produced at a fraction of the usual cost.
The result was a premium, sustainable packaging approach that delivered both surprise and delight for consumers, while giving the business a scalable and cost-effective model for future limited releases.
